The Lego Movie is about an ordinary construction worker named Emmet, who finds a strange piece at his construction site. Now he is the Special who must save the universe. Along the way, he meets characters like Vitruvius, Wildstyle, Batman, and Unikitty, who must help him stop the villain Lord Business.
The animation, is amazing. Everything looks like it is made of legos. Everything from the water, fire, lasers, and even dust clouds, look like they are made of little lego pieces.
This film has many big stars, who voice the characters. Some of the actors, are Chris Pratt (Emmet), Elizabeth Banks (Wildstyle), Will Arnett (Batman), Liam Nesson (Bad/Good Cop), and Will Ferrell (Lord/President Business).
I really love this movie. It is funny and creative with a good story. Even though it was not nominated for an Oscar, it deserves one in my book. As the theme song in this movie says, EVERY THING IS AWESOME!
